Before we came to this Weston crawl space, it had a dirt floor and falling insulation. The homeowners wanted their crawl space to be upgraded to a clean and insulated space so they could enjoy home comfort all year long. They decided to give Dr. Energy Saver of Connecticut a call, knowing that they are the experts!
Our System Design Specialist, Chris Grosso, arrived at the house to do a free home evaluation. He concluded that the best way to ensure a clean and fully insulated crawl space would be to install SilverGlo Wall Panels, TerraBlock Floor Insulation, and a CleanSpace System. The SilverGlo Wall Panels will keep the wall highly insulated. The TerraBlock Insulation will keep the floors properly insulated at all times. The CleanSpace System will act as a vapor barrier to keep the crawl space constantly dry. With a combination of all of these products, the crawl space will stay fully insulated and clean all year long. Johnny Lopez and his production team installed everything professionally and accurately. By the end of their visit, these Weston homeowners were extremely happy with the transformation. Just look how clean and insulated the after picture looks, incredible!

A homeowner in Westport, CT has an attic in their home that needed new insulation, so they called us at Dr. Energy Saver of CT. After scheduling an appointment with us, one of our Sales Consultants, Keith Saunders, went to the home to diagnose the problem and inform the customer what they would need. One of our Foremen, Rudy Abel, and his team would be the ones to take on this job. They removed any existing insulation and then blew in our TruSoft Cellulose insulation that would act as a thermal barrier to the home. They installed an insulated storage deck with SilverGlo as well. Now this attic is going to regulate the home temperature well and keep the home running more energy efficiently!
A home in Westport, CT had existing insulation in the attic that was causing the entire home to be drafty and energy inefficient. The homeowner called us at Dr. Energy Saver of CT and we sent one of our Salesmen, Mike Bourdeau, out to the home to go up in the attic to assess the issues and provide them with an estimate for new insulation.
Our Foreman, Jony Fernandez, and his crew would install this job. They installed an insulated catwalk with retention dams in this attic. Then they blew in our TruSoft cellulose insulation that will act as a thermal barrier to the home. It will keep air from seeping out and also from coming in. The temperatures will always be regulated throughout the seasons. Now this customer is happy that they can see their energy bill go down!
The owners of this home wanted a less drafty and more comfortable home. When we arrived, we pinpointed a major source of the home's problems: the attic. Conditioned air was escaping out of the home and into the attic. To maximize home comfort while making the house more energy efficient, we had to first remove the existing attic insulation. The old insulation didn't stop air from flowing into and out of the attic from other areas of the home. Next, we used expanding polyurethane foam to seal any air leaks. This step is critical in any attic insulation job since it helps seperate the attic from the rest of the home. Finally, we created an insulated catwalk and blew in cellulose insulation. The owners noticed immediate results in the comfort of thier home!
