Chimney Cap
This home has three flues - one for the fireplace, one for the boiler and one for the water heater. However, only the fireplace flue needs a chimney cap since that is the only one that allows air back into the home.
Fire-Lok Foam
Fire-Lok is an interior ignition barrier coating for spray polyurethane foam insulation. Fire-Lok over polyurethane foam prevents surface ignition in case of fire. It inhibits or prevents the start and spread of flame encountered on the surface. It is designed to be a long-term protective barrier.

The SaniDry in this unfinished basement area was making too much noise for the homeowners. Our team found the solution! The lower duct originally ran in a straight path through the wall. Simply adding a bend to the lower duct cut blower noise significantly and gave the homeowners peace of mind.
