Knowledgable, clear and no pressure.

Professional, proficient, efficient, courteous. We had to get into the insulation the day after the work was completed to work on our ductless AC unit. The AC repairman couldn't get into where he thought the pump was because they had done such a tight job of the insulation (that's a good thing). Your foreman, Rudy Abel, came back the next day and he knew exactly where the AC pump (or whatever it was?) was and got it accessible for repair. To his credit, Mr. Abel knew exactly where to open things up, because the AC repair guy would have opened up the insulation in the wrong spot.

Excellent. This is kind of gross and embarrassing, but I need to give credit where credit is due. We were actually out of town during the removal of the insulation, but they went beyond the call of duty for us...we had a pest control guy come deal with a mice issue :-( a few weeks prior to the insulation getting installed and Rudy and his crew dealt with discarding the dead mice along with the old insulation. It was a dirty job, I'm sure, and Rudy would have probably not even said anything of it had I not asked if he had noticed any mice.
