In order to make the kitchen and bath floor warmer, our team air sealed and insulated the exposed cantilever floor with a base layer of closed-cell spray foam and filled the remaining space with fiberglass batting.

Pictured is the exterior exposed cantilever floor. Our expert team properly insulated it with closed-cell spray foam. Closed-cell foam is often preferred for home insulation projects because it offers higher R-value and forms an effective barrier against air leakage and moisture.
