Reducing Odors and Moisture
Our team used spray foam to reduce heat loss and cold air infiltration by sealing and insulating the rim joist area with closed-cell polyurethane spray foam in addition to installing insulation on the wall above the oil tank. Closed-cell spray foam is resistant to water and air intrusion and won't support mold growth, keeping your basement clean, dry and free from musty, moldy odors!
